Messages From the Sky

These past few days have carried some interesting energy. Although I am eager to get moving on some of my projects, there seems to be a wall of energy that  makes me feel like I am jogging in syrup. So I had a peek into what some of the astrologers are saying and according to the Leo King (highly recommend him) for the next two days we are having a Huge Stellium in Pisces. That is best described as a planetary pile up that pretty much stops the flow of everything. Best compare it to a standstill on the freeway.  I thought this was great news. I would rather hear my intuition is spot on than finding out I am procrastinating. Bottom line is that there is a large possibility that we are in a pocket of chaos for the next few days, and then come January 8th, we get to begin our forward movement. As scary as that is for some people...I love it. I love the opportunity to throw a blanket over my head and just feel, think and simply be. I have a ton of work to do and have a tendency to rush forward, and blunder as I do. This will make me re-visit my ideas and carefully make small steps to move forward.

With that said, I wanted to share something special with all of you.  Because we do not have a high fence, I must accompany my dogs outside when they have to visit the peeing post. As I stood outside there was an intense sound of birds. I looked over to the grand tree line and saw a massive flock of birds. This is the same group of trees where I had taken photos of the death of crows.
After getting the dogs back into the house, I grabbed my camera and ran out to the front of the house where I could get a better photo opportunity. Meanwhile, I am still in my pj's. lol. Going with the flow remember. At the time, I thought that perhaps they were sparrows. They were too high up for me to see clearly and moving too quickly when they were just above me. Then I noticed there was no one else on the street. No cars going bye. No people walking around. No one checking out the crazy lady in her pj's. It was completely quiet except for the echoing sound of these birds which was a massive squawking notice. I was in awe of how a person could be in the middle of a large city yet share a private moment with hundreds birds. How is that possible? How is it possible that the world can stand still so one soul can have a lovely experience. Personal paradigms are magical indeed.

Once I downloaded my photos, I was able to see the birds more clearly and was pleasantly surprised to see they are Waxwings. I think it would be correct to call them Cedar Waxwings. Although they are browner under body, I think this is due to it being winter.

My personal message to everyone for this week is to pause and take notice of what is around you. Life does not need to be chaotic to have motion. The Waxwings remind us to co-operate with life and those around you. Sharing, caring, and knowing that life is plentiful when you find your flow.

It's still Mercury Retrograde...but Happy New Years Anyways...LOL

Lmao...I wanted to get a good start into my new day by working on the editing for my upcoming book Flight of the White Crow...which is a non-fiction book based on my personal paranormal / spiritual experiences and thoughts. I started the re-edit last night like a good little writer should, as I wanted to show the universe how committed I am at getting this book finished and released. I hadn't been in the program for over a month because the pdf book was with the young woman who was editing it. So to my surprise, on the main program, for what ever reason, every other page had an "exclamation mark" stating that it had text over flow. What the hell, it wasn't like I added new words or anything while it was sitting in limbo.  After fiddling with it for a bit with no results, I decided there must be something I need to change, alter, or delete to make it flow again. Sure enough, thirty minutes later, I regained my confidence that this book would indeed move forward.

Eager to get back at it today, the first day of the New Year, again the same problem occurred. This time it got even crazier. The program was doing all kinds of wacky things. Mercury Retrograde or computer possession? Ya, virus or just plane messed up fits the list too.  But as I was about to throw a tantrum of frustration, I could hear the LEO KING'S grand advise; "lots of people are going to be disappointed at the dawn of the new year because we are still in the mercury retrograde and we don't quite have that green light to move forward" or something to that affect.  You know what...he's right. As much as I would like to move forward with my book, the computer gremlins are setting the pace. It is good to know when to apply force and when to flow with the force.

There is a puzzle calling my name. Three teenager to chat with. And a meditation mat to warm up. I'm giving myself permission to just be and flow.

Wishing you all a wonderful week of balancing self-reflection and personal motivation.

Mercury Retrograde

Boy oh boy...and here I thought I had this Mercury Retrograde all under control. Had all the do's and don'ts down pact and ready to embrace all that cannot be controlled. Yeah...well Gemini is laughing at me now. There is no being ready for computer chaos. My mouse stopped working, I get re-directed to other pages (ooh there's a "RE") without clicking on them. I'm not able to make an online purchase even though the card is fine...maybe this is one of those "Re-think" or "Re-consider" the order moments. And I've been doing a lot of "RE-tracing" my steps because I can't remember what the hell I went downstairs for.  So now I must "Re-consider" my approach to this dynamic energy that is playing with us and re-establish myself into the frame of Being in the Now. The retrograde is with us until January 8th. By then, I will either be a zen master or a spiritual reject.  Maybe a bit of both.
Enjoy !!!

My Top Pick for a Book to Curl up to This Winter

Image result for uncharted by colette baron-reid  A really wonderful book to help you let go of your past and help you move into your future, is a newly published book called Uncharted by Colette Baron Reid. Not only is Colette an author, she is also a mystic, oracle and has had her own tv show as a medium. Colette is one of the most grounded authentic spiritual people that I have come across on the internet. I have been following her for the past eight months and have been intrigued with her life story that she so generously and bravely shares with people. You can hear some of her stories throughout the book Uncharted, or by listening to some of Colette's videos. Clean and sober for over thirty years now, she really is a wonderful spiritual teacher and understands what life is about.
The book Uncharted is an easy read that is layered with wisdom that can help guide you through the times of not quite knowing where you are going, but definitely not wanting to remain where you have been. But it isn't a book that you just read once, in fact, the book has many tools for coping with stress, releasing old baggage, letting go of old patterns and developing new and healthy ways to create your future. It definitely is a self help book for women and men that want to embrace transformation. I highly recommend it for those who would like to find their creative side and dare to redesign their lives.

Let It Go

Since today is the Full Moon of letting go of the past, I thought this article would be an excellent read for those who are working on releasing the things that no longer work for them or things they would like to heal or let go of.  Let It Go is an article written by Judith Sills Ph.D. and published in the Psychology Today Magazine, November 2014.
One of the things I have been noticing since I have been working on my "letting it go" issues or habits, is that every time I let go of something, a new door of opportunity appears before me. This awareness has been leading me into a new understanding of the Paradigm Shift. Ok, that is just a teaser because I will be writing more on that topic once we get past this last bit of letting go energy. In the meantime, I highly recommend taking the time to read this article and then take some time to apply the wisdom she offers.

Letting Go to become Successful

I was just going through my emails and came across this  great video from Jack Canfield who is one of the mentors I am following. It fits completely with the post I put up this morning: The Last Full Moon of 2016.  Enjoy Jack's wisdom!
